We promise an informative line up of speakers and presenters, opportunities for networking and discussion on a wide range of watershed issues with a big helping of southern hospitality!
The 13th National Watershed Conference will provide a forum to address five key areas: watersheds; changing models for natural resource program delivery; water management strategies for the future; funding and finance alternatives for aging conservation infrastructure; and improving project operation and maintenance capacity and performance for watershed project partners.
Tunica is located
30 minutes southwest of Memphis, TN. The area is filled with both delta
agriculture and music history. A variety of southern dining opportunities
are available in the Harrah complex including Paula Dean's Buffet and Jack
Binion's Steak House. Mississippi night will include some serious southern
hospitality along with a Catfish Fry, the Tunica Riverpark and Museum and
