NWC Executive Committee Meeting & Legislative Visits -
July 21-24, 2007 - Washington, DC

The Executive Committee of the National Watershed Coalition will be meeting in Washington DC on July 21-24 in conjunction with the National Association of Conservation Districts' Summer Legislative Conference.

In addition to their Executive Board business meetings the board will be making crucial visits to USDA and legislators on the Hill.

 

Fall O&M Conference Scheduled in North Texas -
September 24-26, 2007 - Decatur, Texas

During the recent 10th National Watershed Conference plans were made by the Steering Committee to sponsor another of the very popular NWC Operation and Maintenance Conference. This program is to be held in Wise County Texas on September 24-26. Details are being finalized for the conference and will be published here on the website as they become available. The Texas Association of Watershed Sponsors and also the Wise County Water Improvement District will be helping to sponsor the event in Decatur, Texas.
